Philip Cottrell was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. He received his B.S. in Art with honors at Nazareth College of Rochester majoring in graphic design & illustration.

Having experience working at advertising agencies and publishing companies he has sharpened his skills in laying out eye-catching designs with both art and typography, which has won him various awards.

Phil’s freelance clients include Green Builder, Braun Media Group, Hanley Wood, Military Retailer, First Tee, Rome Technology, and Louise Archer Elementary School.

He is well versed in Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Bridge, Flash, and Dreamweaver), Quark, ImageReady, Suitcase, and Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) with a Mac or PC.

Phil currently lives in Philadelphia, PA area.
